Title: May 12th update broke emulator
Post by: computerguy278 on May 12, 2017, 02:32:21 PM
Hi,

I'm using mupen64plus fz on a shield tv.

The latest update broke the following: screen scretch without black borders, loading a save state causes my controller to no longer respond except for the b button which exists the currently running game, and whenever you change a setting for a game it causes the emulator to crash.

The game i discovered the controller problem on was zelda oot, the normal autosave from menu exiting causes no controller problems, the video plugin im using is  GlideN64 very accurate II am using a texture pack also if that matters.

I tried uninstalling the emulator and re-installing and now whenever i try to load a game it says 'please wait saving texture cache' even though i only have a texture pack installed for a few games.

Is there any word on a shield portable fix for the off centered screen?

Off centered in what way? Is it a specific emulation profile causing this?

fzurita@gmail.com. Although, I think I know what problem you are talking about. Are you using GLideN64-Fast? Try GLideN64-Medium if you are using that.
