I believe I was using that already. Isn't that the default option. I'll try again, it's just a pain in the butt to get to a point where the CPU-controlled character would walk around punching instead of shooting.

I'm running the latest FZ play store build. My device is a Galaxy S7 Edge running Android 7.0. Issue is kinda hard to reproduce, because when playing against the computer, if the computer character uses a melee attack which is a punch, the game slows down considerably to an unplayable speed. The game plays well normally, it's just this certain scenario that the game breaks. This seems like a serious core issue of the emulator. We can talk more about it when there's a response.

Problem #1:  What is “intelligence”, and how to measure it?


I'm by no means an intellectual, but I believe the answer to you question is "experience". Intelligence is experience, and you can measure it by knowing when to use it. You also need to be able to recall or remember what was learned and apply it.

Of course, that's just one type of intelligence. As humans, we might be able to have a feeling about a situation without having any experience at all. That is something you just can't teach or quantify, really.

This is way above my pay grade. Having said that, code can't learn, as far as I know. All it can do is what it was told to do. Nothing more and nothing less. Is there truly a way to create something that once created, can then act and change on its own?  Maybe to a point, but the creator can never take every possibility know to exist into account before it was ever imagined. The author is what's holding things back. :)

I guess I should have been more clear as I only expected FZ to respond. I understand generally how this works, I was more asking about the implementation currently with the emulator.

The Snapdragon variant is fine in my opinion. The S7 is a really fast phone either way. I'm still on the S4 and most things run well. I wouldn't worry about it.

The S6 doesn't have an SD card slot, keep that in mind if you need a lot of storage space. The S7 would be a better option.

Textures flicker depending on your proximity to certain areas.

This is a minor example. Some levels have entire areas of this.
