Support / Ouya question
« on: December 10, 2012, 06:05:21 AM »
Don't really know where to ask this but here is as good a place as any.

This may sound like a noob question but,

How do you hook the Ouya up to a TV? Is it HDMI? A/V cables? Bluetooth? What? Has anyone seen? I'd say this is a pretty important question. I literally looked and found nothing. Also I haven't seen any place on the Ouya itself to hook in cables and in demos I see no cables whatsoever, just a small box.

General Discussion / Open Pandora 1 GHz
« on: November 12, 2012, 01:48:29 AM »
Been thinking about getting it to play around with, is it worth the steep purchase?

Which one would you pick? 600 MHz or 1 GHz? Is there really that big of a difference in performance? Anyone know its specs? I can't find a comprehensive spec sheet anywhere. Any input would be appreciated :D

Thanks!

General Discussion / 64droid, is this a rip off?

They say they have permission from Paul but it looks fishy. Says it runs full speed on midrange devices and runs 98% of games. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=fajolo.android.mupen64plusae

General Discussion / how accurate is the fps counter?
« on: May 03, 2012, 03:47:15 AM »
The reason I ask is because it says I'm getting 30 fps on TWINE but I know its over 100. Its bound to be. I cant even read the intro menu. Its too fast. Speed is optimized though

Runs nicely at a good speed but in the lobby of the first mission, Courier I believe, if you crouch down you fall through the floor but you can still see all the character sprites and environment above you. You can't move at all apart from moving the camera but eventually you come back up through the floor and everything is fine

General Discussion / hi! new here! question to paul, dc emulator
« on: May 02, 2012, 10:18:39 PM »
First, let me say that I wholeheartedly support your work and thank you for your works, very nice. But I do have a question, any chance that you'll work on a dreamcast emulator? If you do indeed read this, what's the chances of making this happen?  I'd test, donate, whatever it takes to obtain a DC emu. I think you could be the man to do it :D its clear drk|raziel isn't going to release any build of nulldc to Android.
