this was my very first impressive title server. I knew it was good and better than Feralheart, but i didn't know how it compared to other IT servers.

while the map-maker a small bug while i used it, it was completely functional and wasn't that hard to use. thanks I assume Myz for making it

Hey guys,
this is a desperate cry for help. If there is any member on this board who lives somewhere near Brick Lane in London and is able to go there tomorrow at 12:30, could you please do me a HUGE favour?

I certainly cant speak for the Great Toady, but some ideas for yah.You could go the traditional route, get some programming and game design books, make a few mini-games, then make your own.You could go the mod route, make some mods for a popular game Unreal, Source engine, so on, then start programming outside of that engine.Could go toolkit route, and find some tools/game development platforms, make some games, see whether you like it or not, then do whatever.I guess the point is, You should pick or make whatever route you like, and go with it.Traditional Route ideas: Pretty much any book on Amazon when searching for game designMod Route: Unreal, Source Engine, Cant remember any other popular ones offhand. Maybe the Neverwinter Nights engine.Toolkit Route: Game Maker, Multimedia Fusion, Dark Basic, anything like that. But whatever you pick, make sure you have fun with it, because if your not having fun, whats the point?Kayla

I just found this board and it is all new to me. My school is asking us to use teaching with love and logic. I really like TLL, but I think I like this better because it is the entire package My own kids went to a Montessori school and some of what Im reading reminds me of how great that was.
Ok to my question...where should I begin? I have had my class for one week so far so I feel like I really need to jump on this. What book should I read this weekend and what bookstores actually stock them? I live in the Houston area so if it is sold in retail I can probably find it. I cant wait for your advice and to jump in with both feet.

I think not, the problem is that the blocks are separate, they are loaded by the homepage by Javascript. So using PHP is probably impossible because you dont know which script will call it, this only happens after the homepage is being loaded and this is done by Javascript via Ajax request. This would require modification in the index files and adding it as a parameter in the Ajax call.

Hmm.. It sounds ambitious.  I hope this works out.  Unfortunately Im pretty much usesless as far as the developement goes unless you need a game tester.
