I was just getting the resume stuff working before I add the main menu (that's next, now that the resume stuff seems to be working).

Yes, it semms to work in mario, but sometimes not on other games.
Test : Conkers bad fur day, SGS2, rice plugin.
Going to homescreen before the menue screen starts, the resume routine starts at the beginning from the intro. Mostly.
In game, and sometimes on the described scenario, the emulator starts with buttons and a black screen and goes to home again. The muppen symbol on status bar is active.
I must delete the .sav file, start the emulator and can close.

Is it possible to make the background of the text in postings a little brighter than the background ? It's hard to recognize where one post ends and an other beginns.
First, I thought, that 2 blackbar's post was a part from Mats post.  ???

Resume test #3 works on both plugins with tegra 2 and exynos.

@Mats
how can it work for you ? as i understand, you have even problems to let the regulare app running.
this test is only to fix the resume bug, nothing other.

if you didn't enable the rice plugin, libgles2n64.so is selected as default.
if you have enabled rice, you must change the config, like you did before.
it's well explained in the first post.

ok

tegra 2 tablet and phone with rice plugin.
after pressing home, the sound continues. go back to app, no menue. then the app shuts down with fc.
if i start the game again, it doesn't begin with mario's face, it starts in the menue screen.

you need the SDL scancode finder from the first post. just run it to find out the keycodes.

"the other" emulator has now support for high-res textures.
i see, there are a few good projects for game textures.
would be a nice feature for mupen64plus - ae in the near future.  :)

Funny bug on rice plugin on Mario Kart64. You can see the cars in front, and they drive backwards.

On my tablet, pilotwings is slow and nearly stocked in the menue screens.
SGS2 performs slightly faster.
Even on mario, the sound is stuttering heavy.
On Super Smash Bros. the no-eyes-bug is gone.
The light bug in shadowman is not fixed.
Conker's Bad Day on SGS2 has not the big poligons.

My Android TV-Box shows only a black screen.

I'm uploading a video comparsion between tegra 2 OC@ 1600 MHz' without sound plugin and exynos @stock 1200 MHz with sound.
The SGS performs faster.

How can we configure framskip in rice plugin ? Is the emulator missing the config file for it ?

ps. I'm sure on n64oid it's rice plugin. Why ? All the same bugs. Compare both photos. The lines in the upper right on radar, the messed texture between sky and sea. And on n64oid, there is some stuttering in sound, that wasn't so much under gles2n64.

After first tests with pilotwings, i found out the following :

-on tegra2 and exynos, no shadow bug and background became visible  (as far,as I can recognize   :D )
-on exynos, no background flickering polygons
- I can see the same bright frame in menue screen, like on yongzh's default plugin. Maybe he did port the rice plugin ?
