Description:

At the very beginning: Great work on this emu 👍 My problem is: when starting any Rom, my game won't go into fillscreen mode (with black bars, no distortion is activated). Even changing a bit around in the settings won't help me. I installed the app from Google Play, started it right away (i took a rom of my Computer, Pokémon Stadium 2) and loaded the rom. Then i saw that it's a little tiny and changed a bit in the settings, even the 'fill screen with no distortion', but it just gets a little bigger. Changing the render resolution (native) did help a bit too but there is still too much space.
I'd appreciate fast help :) Thanks ❤

I've just seen the issue is exactly the same as this one (although explained somewhat better than I did...)

Did this issue ever get a workaround?

Support / PS4 controller analog input

Hi

Apologies if this has been posted already, but I can't seem to find anything on it in the controller FAQ or other threads.

I've got my PS4 controller connected to my phone (galaxy s8) via Bluetooth. No apps, just a straight connection. I'm trying to map the right analog stick to the C buttons, but it never seems to register moving it into the Right or Up positions without first messing around with the Right and Left triggers. It says the PS4 analog input was fixed in the latest update, but I'm still having issues.

Can anyone help?

Thanks

Apparently the game only works with the Angrylion plugin but at a very slow speed, with gliden64 the game works faster but does not render the characters.

not sure if this is the correct place to post this, but i recently got an NVIDIA Shield TV and have installed Mupen64plus FZ, i haven't had any problems with any games so far, it honestly runs everything pretty flawlessly on here, including some homebrew titles even, i haven't had any issues with launching a game so far except for this 1, upon launch i just get a black screen and nothing else, no sound, no game, no anything, i've tried launching with the Glide64 accurate setting as well as some of the Rice settings (don't remember exact ones) but no luck, so i tried on my PC with the latest versions i could find of Mupen64, Project64 and 1964, it does the same thing on these, however in Project64 it's status is "Unsupported" while in 1964 it's status is "Playable" but it gives the same results, just a black screen, i've found that there are 3 versions of this rom online, but none of them have any different results, the versions being

 "Dragon King by CrowTRobo (PD).z64"
"Dragon King by CrowTRobo (PD) [b1].z64"
 "S64-DKNG.rom" (from nesworld)

i was just wondering if there was any way to get this working on anything from it being a classic styled rpg i would really like to try it, thanks.

This is probably a problem work your device. Such old devices have very poor drivers. Your best hope is to try different emulation profiles. To change the emulation profile for a specific game, select the game, go to settings, abd adjust the emulation profile there.

Which other emulators see the games ok? It's possible that the newest version of Mupen64plus FZ had a bug on the ROM scan code. Also, which format are your ROMs in?

Hi there - I'm new to Mupen64 FZ and hear it's by far the best N64 emulator out there... but I'm running into an issue which I can't seem to resolve on my own.

I have a collection of ~730 ROMs in my microSD, and when I scan the folder (and subfolders) of the card, it goes through the motions of scanning, but only my folders 0 (zero) through G... nothing more - I can see it in the dialog box that shows - but ultimately only ends up showing me icons for ~12 games... and it's the same ones every time. I have my ROMs organized into folders 0-Z by name. Why might it not recognize H-Z?

Other N64 emulators scan and show all the games... just not Mupen64 FZ. What could be the problem? I'm honestly unsure... especially with two other N64 emulators finding [and running] the games without issue.

Open to any suggestions on how best to troubleshoot.
