Minecraft Mario Mod Sound System Failure
« on: July 30, 2013, 05:07:23 PM »
Please help if possible. I have the Mario mod on MInecraft and I am getting a sound system failure about 5-7 minutes into the game. I found this website because in the error log it said the author of the Mario mod is Paul @

Is anyone having this same problem? I am running a Mac OSX Version 10.8.4.

This is the error message that appears in my launcher:

Client> 2013-07-30 16:53:24 [INFO] [STDOUT]
Client> 2013-07-30 16:53:24 [INFO] [STDOUT] SoundSystem shutting down...
Client> 2013-07-30 16:53:29 [INFO] [STDOUT] Error in class 'SoundSystem'
Client> 2013-07-30 16:53:29 [INFO] [STDOUT]     Command thread did not die!
Client> 2013-07-30 16:53:29 [INFO] [STDOUT] Ignoring errors... continuing clean-up.
Client> 2013-07-30 16:53:29 [INFO] [STDOUT]     Author: Paul Lamb, newbielink: [nonactive]

Thank you for your help  :)

Out of curiosity, could you try running the "Bullet Target Collision" demo in the Games tab above, and let me know if the sound is working for it?
