frameski problem with SSB and gles2rice
« on: December 03, 2013, 08:54:09 AM »
Only noticed it today as for some reason Super Smash Bros is having real trouble running on gles2rice (might be because im using a high quality texture pack, but not seeing the same problems with mario kart or banjo kazooie), when Frameskip is enabled the GFX core freezes after the start screen, audio and input still works however.

The frameskip implementation in gles2rice is less stable than the one used in gles2n64 and gles2glide64.  It can cause freezing in other games as well (don't recall off the top of my head).  That's why it's disabled by default.
