For the Mupen64 FZ Edition what it the absolute best emulation profile for both the Zelda games? I'm talking all or at least, the most possible amount of textures with no lag.

It really depends on your device. If you have a high end device, it will be GLideN64-GLES-X.X, otherwise Glide64-Accurate.
