Am I the only one that remembers PilotWings 64?

I can't believe that there are no versions of PilotWings 64 to play in the Google Play Store??!!   I used to love playing that game, when I was a kid.   Let's get it to work on the Samsung Galaxy Note 4!   Please?   Or, the Nvidia Shield Tablet?   I read that the Shield is superb at emmulation.   Is that not true?   Anybody with me on this?
