When I try to download covers, the logcat spits out a MalformedURLException @ CacheRomInfoTask line 357. Other notable lines are 248, 136, and 52.
Also I can't load any games. PlayMenuActivity crashes @ Gameprefs.init line 229

Edit: Whoops, my fault.

I don't know if this helps, but the framerate isn't displaying on alpha 19.

The audio sync is still awful for me on Alpha 19. I tried low and ultra low buffer and disabling/enabling audio sync, but nothing worked. In Banjo-Kazooie, by the time the animation for the standard B-Button move has completed, the sound effect has just started playing.

Yes, the audio sync is very hit-or-miss for me too.  I don't think any of the audio-sync code was touched between 18 and 19, but it may be impacted by changes in the relative efficiencies of the video/audio/core subsystems as the core is being refactored.  I wasn't going to dig too hard until the dust starts to settle on all the current core work.

I tested alpha 19 few days ago and I noticed better sync sound in mario 64 with glide64, I dont remember if I tested other games. I had noticed too that perfect dark was really laggy with this version.

OMG, the whole time I thought that this project was abandoned because I read somewhere that Paul decided to grow bananas instead until I found this forum lol
Can't believe how far this emu has advanced, now I can play oot at full speed with full graphics effects on hd, donkey kong 64 now works full speed too and I was surprised to see that there is full moga pocket support, profiles and game covers! amazing :)
The only problem now is the choppy audio that some games have (ssb is one of them), anyhow thanks for your amazing work!

Edit: I been testing Majora's Mask and it runs perfectly at full speed too, some screenshots here https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/77354922/zelda_majora's_mask-018.jpg [nofollow]

Yes, Majoras mask works perfectly. I noticed few bugs with poligons in Ocarina, and very similar in Mario 64, maybe that bug appears in Majoras Mask too. But it is 100% playable.

More testing,

Animal Crossing:
Works excellent, it runs full speed without audio problems even the internal clock works.
The only problem is the game menu that looks half broken.

Sin and Punishment:
Works full speed, haven't found any bugs.

Pokémon Stadium 2:
Works perfect in battle, game menus are slow and half broken.

Perfect Dark:
It runs ok, the framerate is a little bit unstable and it has few graphical glitches, I had to use rice accurate video plugin because the default one was kinda slow (but it looked better) but the music plays fine and it's perfectly playable.

Super Mario 64:
Works full speed without glitches as expected, music works fine and textures also work excellent.

I did not test with hd resolutions, the most of games are perfectly playable in spite of the glitches in games as pokemon stadium, or donkey kong which make difficult finish them without playable problems. Other games have irrelevant glitchets as mario 64 which have light problems with shadows and poligons stead. This is similar in Perfect Dark, where you could find problems with green triangles created with flaw poligons. Obviously if you play 2 o 3 minutes is difficult to find all the bugs of a game, but if you play intense every game you could find a lot of them.

I dont want to be ungrateful with the devs who work hardly in this project, they created the best emulator for android, but I hope they try to get  their faith back in this project.

More games tested,

Mario Tennis 64:

This games works full speed with rice video plugin, unfortunately it has a lot of missing textures and graphical glitches but it plays mostly fine.

Conker's BFD:

This game looks beautiful but it runs slow on my device, I tested this on several resolutions but it didn't make any difference, although disabling music resulted in a few more fps on my device this game couldn't run faster than 23fps with drops below 13fps in overworld areas.

I wouldn't go that far the translation patch of Doubutsu no Mori
is a broken mess, it crashes as soon as you enter your house or save in-game.
It won't even load a in-game save you have load a renamed in-game save from Doubutsu no Mori
instead to stop it crashing because of the patched text table.
Sorry to be a party pooper but the hacked rom is far from stable and thats a problem with the hacked rom not
mupen64plusae.
