ASUS Transformer Prime
« on: March 03, 2012, 05:13:19 AM »
I think this is an absolutely amazing project so I wanted to let you know of the issues I've come across  so far on my TF 201:

gles2n64 1.4
In Zelda OoT while inside buildings, the top down view of the interior is displayed as solid green objects instead of the proper texture.
Also pulling up the menu has a delay, the "background" instead of showing the current pause scene shows the overhead view texture of the last building you were in, and when you switch to the weapon equip screen the image of Link is a shredded Hyrule shield.

gles2rice  0.0.9
All the above problems go away but tons more show up:
At full health the blinking heart doesn't display at all and the dialogue text doesn't format right with awkward spacing and letters dropped completely.

I haven't rooted this yet but I can try to get screens for you if needed.

Trandformers dont need to be rooted to takescreen shots. Just hold downthe recent apps button.  have a tf101 with ice cream sandwich, so it should be the same the prime.

Thanks, I remember reading about that but apparently the setting is initially disabled, finally found it in the settings.

Thanks, yes that is on the bug list. It doesn't happen in gles2rice, though (at least on my phone)
