I LOVE N64 so I'd like to know: is this device compatible with Mupen64? Is very important for me... i'd buy it only If I could play N64 games on it

This might not work perfectly as it seems to look too slow to run Mupen64. You should look at phone which is ARMv7 and updated to 2.3.7/4.0, don't buy phone which is ARMv6, Android 2.1 or lower only.

I suggest you not to buy that phone.

It would be painfully slow and would not support multi-touch, which is really important for N64 games.  The lowest-end phone I'd use the emulator on is ARM6 800MHz with Android 2.2.  Recommend is ARM7 1Ghz or higher.
