Port pivot to android?

You're probably good at this stuff as I am a total n00b, could you convert an .exe to a .apk if you could have a source for it? if so that would be great, I want to use it on the go I guess.

Depends on the source code.  Every program relies on 3rd-party libraries for input/ output, so it just depends on whether those libraries have already been ported to Android (such as SDL), have Android equivalents that require some work to port (such as OpenGL vs GLES), or if there is no Android equivalent and one must be created from scratch.  I'm not familiar with "pivot", where can I get the source?

I can post the source code here, and it was made specifically for windows, its an animation program with stick figures. And I dont have any good animation programs for android. :)
