Looking good. Thought it would still cost 99 cents for donations, but the main thing is to see if it doesn't get taken down by google.

Back in business for now :)

Awesome!  Hopefully the screenshots were the problem and we'll be able to stay up this time.  I appreciate the help, Trev.

Fantastic.  Downloaded and rated with five stars.  Now I should figure out how to donate.

Thanks, tronfillain.  There isn't currently a way to donate to the project, but if this experiment works I'll post a donation version on Google Play (this free branch will stay up as well, just like before the whole fake DMCA garbage started).

Just so everyone is clear, the app will almost certainly be taken down in a week or so when that guy files another DMCA take-down notice (Google tends to take about 2 weeks to process these, from what I can tell).  The experiment isn't to see if it won't be taken down, but rather to see if Google will reinstate it in 10-14 business days after Trev files a DMCA counter-claim.  I am unsure why they didn't do this before, because it is a requirement for them to retain their "safe harbor" status (protecting them from copyright lawsuits).  I'm hoping that they just had a problem with the game screenshots, and now that we've removed those the app might satisfy their terms of service now.

BTW, Trev, when you receive the take-down notice email from Google, could you copy and paste it here? (or forward it to me if it has any sensitive information in it you don't want public).

I've noticed that the installs seems to have slowed down during the past week, going off the graph and the number of new rating comments.  I wonder if folks have stopped installing the app, or if Google just hasn't updated their summary information in a while.  I was expecting a big influx of support questions on the forum here if the app made it to the 500K - 1M installs range.  But still pretty quite these days :)

On second thought, I think the counter just hasn't updated in a while.  The top of the graph has looked exactly the same for the last week or so (if installs were still in the 10,000 - 50,000 range I'd expect the graph to have dipped or at least level out)

Trev's branch emulator itself hasn't been taken down still while all others seem to be gone...

64Droid and N64 Emulator are still there as well for me.  Maybe Google is in the process of taking them down and it hasn't filtered down to all regions yet?

Ah, gotchya.  Yeh, probably thanks to the trolls like "Michael Tompkinsal" filing bogus DMCA claims, or possibly they were accounts by folks who were previously banned (like Brad, Tim, Bob, etc), and Google figured out who they were based on IP, digital signature, etc.
